Samsung has halted the software update rollout following complaints from users. Due to lockdown, users will not be able to take their device to the Samsung service center.
Users who have not yet updated the software, their smartphone is working as before and they are being advised not to install the software update. Samsung’s service centers across the country will remain closed until the lockdown opens.
