Xiaomi has launched the third smartphone of the Mi A-Series lineup. Xiaomi launched the Mi A3 yesterday. The smartphone will compete with Realme 5 Pro which creates stiff competition among these devices. The Mi A2 was not as successful and was not a great device compared to Xiaomi’s standards. But this time is different and Xiaomi has to compete with the emerging Realme which is launching competitive devices with aggressive pricing. So, let’s check out can Xiaomi manage to give a neck to neck competition to Realme or not.
Design & Display
The Mi A3 comes with a 6.08 inches AMOLED display of HD+ resolution. The HD+ resolution is a center of the doubt for Mi A3 but compares to pricing and everything we can see that it is adaptable. But in daily use, it doesn’t make so much difference due to AMOLED screen. Now coming to the design than the Mi A3 comes with the dazzling 3D curved design which looks stunning and matches the today trend.
Mi A3 comes has Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE octa-core chipset which is made on an 11nm of technology. The architecture is based on Kyro 260 and has Adreno 610 GPU. The same chipset is available on Realme 5 but in Mi A3 we get to see clean Android Stock experience. As it is a part of Android One so it is clear that Mi A3 will be the first mid-range device to feature Android Q. In terms of performance, the smartphone will give you lag-free experience. Also, it has UFS 2.1 flash storage which will boost the smartphone speed.
The smartphone comes with the triple rear camera setup. The primary rear camera has 48 Megapixel IMX 586 sensor of aperture f/1.7. The secondary on is an 8 Megapixel wide-angle lens of an aperture of f/2.2. The last one is a 2 Megapixel depth sensor used to enhance the bokeh effect. The smartphone supports EIS and can shoot video up to 4k resolution @ 30 fps & can shoot slow-motion video. The smartphone has a 32 Megapixel AI selfie camera of aperture f/2.0.

Battery & Other Features
The smartphone comes with a 4030 mAh massive battery with the support of Quick Charge 3.0. But we do not get the fast charger in the box. It has a Type-C port for charging. Talking about battery life than it would definitely give you a battery backup of more than one day, thanks to stock android. The smartphone has 7th gen under-display fingerprint scanner which is fast and accurate. It has all the major sensor. Also, our lovely 3.5mm headphone jack is back in Mi A3 which is missing in Mi A2.
Mi A3 is a great deal by Xiaomi. All its competitor comes with a custom UI which is something that we all hate. Also, with aggressive pricing and lots of competitive specs, Mi A3 will be the best option. So, I think if you are stock android user and wanted a clean UI without any bloatware than Mi A3 is the best option for you.
